“I came in to the Eagle River Alaska tire Service store an hour before closing. I didnt need much. One tire was a slow leaker. They got me in no problem. Provided bead service and I was out the door. The ladies at the front were friendly but professional. The gentleman who rang me out you could tell he was a veteran employee. And the young gentleman in the back had me going in no time. Don’t mind the guys tone of voice at the front on the phone, he’s actually a good guy from the vibes I felt at the place, (don’t mind the tone it’s just a tone nothing personal, I’m saying this because of the reviews below, and I didn’t sense anything bad, but each to his own.) Anyhow, I sat there and felt peaceful vibes and will be back.”

The front end of the business can be a bit chaotic when busy and the waiting area can also get cramped when they are busy.”

“Every visit thus far has gone well. Prices seem competitive. It's in a great location for us, Debarr and Airport Heights, directly across from Alaska Regional hospital near Merrill Field airport. While we've only had mild work done, there have been no disappointments. This is mostly for the gas.Our routine is pretty simple, we stop after leaving the hospital for fuel and snacks, then up the road to the Glenn and home.”

“kind, prompt and complete service. even went above and beyond by trying to clean rust off of my wheel. Ordering online was pretty seemless too. Only criticism I have is in relation to the store itself which is that there's not really a good waiting area for waiting on tires after shopping. If you're shopping while waiting for your tires i would take your time. or else you'll be stuck with a massive costco sized cart full of groceries and not really a good area to wait. they do offer a bench in the tire center itself but that area can get crowded. Service was great!”
