“When you need the little things, this store is packed with every little nut and bolt you might need. The inventory is so spot on and they are never out of the little specialty items the larger stores don’t carry. The customer service is so good, you feel you’re among friends. I’ve always felt good spending money here and the coffee is always on (Black Rifle coffee). If you shop anywhere else you’re making a mistake as they have competitive prices and the service is second to none. Thank you for showing the community what a small business owner should be like with employees who are dedicated to the cause. This review is based on a 5 year assessment with countless interactions and transactions. Not once have I been disappointed other then they don’t sell groceries or cars… ;)”

“The store opened late. No one answered when I called the number on the door. When the gentleman finally arrived to open up, I went in and looked around. There seems to be a lot of nice—and very expensive—wood. Mostly live edge wood and wood for smaller projects. There was nothing uniform. I did not have a bad experience, but they just didn’t sell what I was looking for.”
