I dropped off my car 2/13 and picked it back up 3/1. There was quite a bit of damage from the accident including underneath the hood that we didn't know about. They maintained good communication throughout the process, it did take a bit longer than they anticipated but they were able to get it done by the time I needed it back. “We went in with an older vehicle (78 Suburban) that was in a minor accident.We were politely told they couldn't do the work. Frame was slightly bent and their frame straightening machine would not handle it. First time we were told why a shop couldn't do it rather than the excuses of "I'm booked this month, try next month".He referred us to Joe Lee who had a larger frame machine.5 stars for polite and courtesy!”
