“The whole experience was first class. From the friendly receptionist, adjusters, and even the unsee staff left me feeling well taken care of. Thanks for fixing my truck.”
“Great shop. They went above and beyond. Tyler in the front office was very responsive and took care of any issue we had. Their quality of work was excellent cannot tell where the damage was.”
“Ed was spot on with damage approach, cost, and timeframe. When parts came in, I was notified of appointment opportunity and time required. All expectations were met and upon pickup, the job was review and customer satisfaction ensured. In addition, vehicle was cleaned when returned. Overall, all facets were well done and appreciated.”
“They did a great job reattaching a bumper that had been partially pulled away. Will use them again when someone doesn’t see a stationary object when backing up.”
“The staff was very helpful and got my car fixed in decent time as we had to wait for parts from the lower 48! Jackie was super nice and kept us informed weekly on the progress of the car. The receptionist is super nice as well.”

“The gentleman, I wish I knew his name but he is on the right near the coffee pot, is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the mechanic with the blue eyes is the same. They are always courteous to us and have a bright cheerful waiting room.”
“Collins College offers a great learning environment with supportive faculty, modern facilities, and hands-on experiences. It’s a welcoming place that truly helps students grow and succeed in their careers.”
“Friendly and informative staff at this location. They worked with my insurance company directly so I only had to pay them the deductible. They said it would take 2-3 hours but only took 1.5 hours. If I ever need another windshield replaced, I would use this company again.”
“I really like and have confidence in the Seekins Service department. The only complaint I have is that it took me two months to get my car in for a oil leak diagnosed at Quik Lane, and also to have two check engine icons diagnosed and addressed. Driving in extreme temperatures in Alaska with children in the car and check engine lights flashing is very stressful, and dangerous.”
“Somehow i feel like my car finally got the love it deserved and not just a quick wash and go. They showed up exactly when they said they would which is a big deal up here in Anaktuvuk Pass where things tend to happen whenever they happen. I wasnt sure how good the result would be with all the road salt and grime we deal with but they took thier time on every weird little spot like around the tailgate where crust builds up and never comes off. The interior looks cleaner than the day i bought it which is insane becuase i had coffee stains and dog slobber ground into the carpets for months. Probably goin to call them again in a few weeks honestly its one of those once you see the differrence you cant go back.”
