Absolutely loved working with Microcom. We were coming to Fairbanks to do some remote work and they were amazing at helping us with a Starlink system. Marianne was super informative and was available for every question we had. I happily recommend them!

The technician, Jason, who showed up for our service took the time to answer all of our questions. He did an outstanding job. It's a shame that Dish call center doesn't comprehend that Alaska doesn't get all of the same transponders as the lower 48. Thanks Jason!
