I left with GF pancake balls, hot dog buns, chocolate donut holes, pizza rolls, and who even knows what else because I was basically in a trance. It was gluten‑free as far as the eye could see, and I genuinely had to stop myself from twirling and singing about the hills being alive with music. I’m convinced I belong in Homer, because paradise isn’t just the view.”
