Directions to find the car were not clear, walked around the main parking lot for 20 min until we realized it was the wrong parking lot. Desk clerk not friendly helpful. Strictly business. Happy for drop box as we had an early flight home. Car was nice to have to see Alaska outside the tourist area.

Avis Alaska has by far the best rates. The car was fine. Counter personal were great.
