No shuttle? Really? For 400 a night? This hotel is average, the staff were nice but for the price, which came to over 400 including tax, you'd think they'd have more amenities. It was also very loud, I could hear my neighbor's entire phone call.

Room was updated and clean and housekeeping was always around to check in on us! No microwave was the only downside. Tv has good channels too. Lots of available parking. Staff was friendly and helpful!Walkability: Right in the center of town less than a 5 minute walk to anything and everything!

Great location downtown. View of the cruise ship terminal and bay were decent. Windows were dirty. Decor needs updating. Portable AC unit in room.
