Frontier Suites Hotel in Juneau offers a mixed experience for travelers. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to the airport with a free shuttle service. The rooms are generally spacious and well-appointed, featuring full kitchens, which can be useful for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals.
However, the hotel seems to have some maintenance and cleanliness issues. Several reviews mention stains on the bedding and sofa, as well as dirty carpets and halls. The WiFi connectivity was also reported to be unreliable in some rooms. Additionally, the hotel has struggled to maintain a successful on-site restaurant, which has led to some disappointment among guests.
Despite these drawbacks, the hotel staff is generally described as friendly and accommodating, and the room rates are considered reasonable for the Juneau area. With some renovations and improvements to the overall maintenance and cleanliness, Frontier Suites Hotel could potentially become a more appealing option for travelers seeking a convenient and well-equipped lodging experience in Juneau.
I had never been to Juneau before and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. Great service, nice rooms, helped me make all my flight and ferry connections, even when I overslept one morning. Thanks Frontier Suite!
