“I had an amazing experience at the Ramada. Rooms were clean and acceptable. When you travel to a place like Juneau, it's all about the people. The front desk agents and their adorable dogs were a warm welcome, all the staff in the restaurant, and especially the bartenders (shout out to Brian) were the most gracious and knowledgeable hosts. Pro-tip: if you need a gym, go next door to the Alaska Club next door. 10/10”

“Hotel is in a great location downtown. It is an older hotel, but I had no complaints. Room was clean and while there is a fridge, it would have been nice to have had a microwave. I was here in April and a couple of times it was pretty toasty in the room when I returned in the afternoon, but I was able to cool the room by opening the window. I would definitely stay here gain.Rooms: Rooms are good. They can be a bit warm, and there is no AC, but there is a room inside and you can open a window to let cooler air in.Walkability: Located downtown, there are a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.Food & drinks: There is a sports bar within the hotel that serves pub type food and a decent selection of beer.”
“The tv remote was missing from the room, and the tv would start to make a high pitched whining sound after it was on for about 10 minutes. Also, the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to be working.
Walkability: There’s a bus stop right across the street, and it’s not far from the airport.”

“A great way to close out my Alaskan cruise. I really appreciate the front desk. I forgot a bag in my room. The front desk staff called a cab and brought the bag to me at the Juneau airport in plenty of time before my flight! Service above and beyond...thanks!”

“One of the better places close to the airport. Shuttle service is available if you schedule or call ahead. The pool hasn't been operational for a long time. The restaurant/bar was great and unfortunately is closed for the unforeseeable future.

“The staff are just fantastic! Leta and Galena went out of their way to be awesome and did some really nice things for me.
A couple weeks ago I came in late at night and I currently have a broken back. There were no rooms downstairs and Leta carried my heavy tool bag style luggage up the stairs to my room. She needs to know how awesome she is just for that alone, but there is so much more she has done for me.
Galena is a steady person there and I have seen her there now for a couple years. Always makes sure I have anything I need and is just a great help in every way. She has made sure I have a meal and asks if I need anything all the time. Just wonderful. Thank you Galena, I would steal you away if you ever want another career doing what I do.
The other staff are mostly pretty great too, but those two have stuck out for the most part at both properties here in Juneau”
