“Has most of what you’d want. We’re visiting from the lower 48 so we were expecting prices to be high for everything but some things were actually comparable to what we’d normally spend. Very friendly service.”

“We stopped at the grocery store while on the island checking out houses. Having lived in several rural locations, we found the prices to be comparable to what we’ve experienced elsewhere — yes, they are higher, but that’s part of life in a remote area. If you’re visiting from somewhere else, be prepared for island pricing.
What stood out most was the customer service. The employees were all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We never had to wait at checkout, and when we realized we had forgotten something just a few minutes before closing, they were incredibly accommodating and let us quickly grab what we needed.
A great example of how a small community store can make a big impression through friendly service.”
