This is our first time to rent a storage unit and he was knowledgeable at sourcing out the perfect unit for our needs. He explained everything very thoroughly. Today, we stopped in to do the paperwork and view our unit. Again, he did not disappoint us. Customer service is A+. I would highly recommend Sentinel Storage.”

“My husband and I store our trailer here. Absolutely amazing! Great staff, great lot. Easy to maneuver in the lot. The dump (for a fee) is so easy to use and an added bonus when we had to pack up in the rain and didn’t feel like dumping. The place is secure! Everything we needed and more. I wish there were 10 stars available to review with.”

“We had a great experience with Cubeit for our recent move. The container arrived earlier than expected, which made the process much smoother. The long-distance customer representative did an excellent job, ensuring the delivery and pickup were organized and stress-free.
The driver was friendly and professional, which we really appreciated. However, my only concern was that the truck used for delivery was not a crane truck. The plan was to place the container on our driveway, but since the truck didn’t fit, it had to be dropped off on the street in front of our house instead.
That aside, the container was picked up on schedule, and the overall service was reliable and efficient. Despite this small hiccup, I would still recommend Cubeit for their professional team and smooth process.”

“We kept all of our household items (from a 2-bedroom apartment) in a 10x15ft storage unit at the 21508 115 Ave NW location in Edmonton for over a year and had no issues at all with it.
Aside from the fine layer of dust covering our things when we opened up the unit, there was no water damage and no mould. Everything was dry.
We were out of the country, but we had auto-deposit set up for payments. The statement and receipts were punctually sent via email and any questions I had were answered via email in a quick manner as well. You cna access your profile via their website and keep track of payments etc.
I had looked at a few storage places beforehand and chose Storage Mart as they had the best offer at the time. The price did go up after a few months without any notice or email about it, which was a bit unexpected.
Signing up was quick and easy, and you can purchase locks, packing boxes, bubble wrap etc. at their office as well.
Overall a good experience and I'd recommend Storage Mart to anyone needing to keep household items or even vehicles in storage for a long period of time.”

“Had a very easy experience with U haul for what is a very stressful moving day. Pickup was set for 7:00 and I had the vehicle out of the lot around 7:15. On returning the vehicle was inspected quickly and no additional charges were added. The service assistant checking the vehicle back in was very friendly which was appreciated after a long day of moving house. Would definitely recommend renting from this location!”
