“my parents have been going to Airdrie Automotive for over 20 years and with the recent sale, I was a little uneasy if they were going to receive the same amazing service they have always gotten. Well, the last couple of weeks has been a tough one for our family and my dad ended up in the hospital, so my mom is driving into Calgary every day. The other day, her vehicle started making noise and smoking, had to get it towed from the NW. she got it in first thing Monday morning and Airdrie Automotive have taken care of her once again. They figured out what was wrong, which was a pain in itself and knowing my mom needs to go to the hospital every day, they set her up with some wheels till the part comes in and vehicle is fixed.
I’m in tears and I am so thankful that the owners that took over have carried on the same kind of service that Airdrie Automotive always has.

“Stopped in twice now with my mom from Red Deer on our way to Calgary for cancer treatment. The first time we had forgotten to get her tires tightened after being switched over, and were in a rush. And the second time they had actually just closed but my mom's tire was reading low pressure. They came out, checked and topped up all 4 tires for no charge either time. Great guys!!!”
“Spoke to Tylor about changing my Battery for my mercedes there after I tried multiple other stores and garages that were fully booked for the day!Agreeed on a time that worked for both of us. unfortunately the battery i ordered at a canadian tire did not fit but the mechanic was able to order the right AGM battery from another FT store and it only took 30 mins for it to be delivered! After the battery arrived it was only a ten min procces and i was ready to go !! What amazing customer service i recommend this place. Thank you guys!!”
