When I was in Marks today, the line was super long and I could tell she was under a lot of stress, but she still stayed friendly, calm, and professional the whole time. There was another cashier who was clearly new, and Ellie was incredible helping her out while still serving the customer she was with. You could tell she was juggling a lot, but she handled it like a total pro. Even though she was busy, we had a laugh together she’s got such a great sense of humor and such a positive attitude. Honestly, Ellie makes the whole shopping experience at Marks so much better. She really deserves to be recognized for how hard she works!”
