It wasn't on Adorn's website so I assumed they didn't have it, but one of the staff asked me about it and checked their inventory. She discovered they recently received it, but it hadn't been unpacked yet. She went through over 10 boxes just to find it for me so I would have it in time for my trip. I don't think most people would have gone to that much effort and it truly made my day! Can't beat their customer service :)”

Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us.
