“Came in yesterday looking for some pants. Owner and staff very helpful in setting everything up, made sure I had everything. Sofa by the change room is a bonus. A tad bit pricey (not exactly goodwill or value village prices) but good quality items, some rare finds/hidden gems. Overall quite satisfied, might stop here again.”
“Purchased timberland boots from this place which I was helped with. They did not feel great right away. Took them back within my 30 days and got them exchanged for a great pair now. The ladies who helped me out gave me great advice and were very knowledgeable about the boots they sold !! They have a wide variety to pick from as well. Highly recommended .”

“Leslie was super nice and accommodating upon approaching me entering the store looking for jeans. I'm a smaller girl and Leslie helped me find jeans that were a right length, just sadly didn't have in stock a size 8 in the pants I liked, but she made sure to tell me the name of jeans so I can make sure to look for them in Edmonton.
Leslie was very nice and personal too. I'm happy to have a cute chat with her about the rest of my day plans. I would recommend seeing her at Rick's if you're looking for the perfect pair of jeans. Thanks again Leslie! I hope spelled her name right.”
“I was in desperate need for a dress for a last minute event happening 3 hours later, and came across by Adorn after being told to check it out by another store. My mind was absolutely blown by the number of beautiful dresses and clothes that they had available. The two employees there were so kind and helpful and helped me pick out a dress that made me feel amazing and absolutely saved my evening.

As a hijabi bride, modesty was super important to me, but Bobby and his team were so understanding and helped me customize my dress exactly how I wanted it. I worked with them closely, and they took all my ideas and turned them into the dress of dreams. My mom also got her dress here, and they altered it to be both modest and comfortable for her too.

“Prompt and courteous service everytime I have brought something in for repairs. They have fixed zippers on bags and a couple pairs Gore tex snow pants for me. They always inquire and accommodate on the urgency of the item and deliver great communication throughout the repair process. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Went yesterday to pick up some work boots and the customer service was probably the best ive had in a very long time. Austin had come up to ask if we were doing alright and when I had a question he double checked with the manager just to ensure what he said was valid (It was about the return policy and the manufacturer warranty). When checking out we had an amazing conversation with the clerk. I will and would recommend this location to anyone and will be recommending this location to my co workers. “I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us. Thank you so much Mitch!!!”
