“This is a great place for visits for regular clothing shopping. This is not the usual store but an outlet. Because it's an outlet, prices can be much more cheaper than usual. The clothing is really trendy and prices are much more reasonable with great discounts available on all products. Calvin Klein underwears aren't the best two wear. The quality on the products despite it being an outlet is really good.”

Andrea not only took care of it but as my size was not in stock she had it shipped to my home. Excellent fast services. Up to minute trends, great sales, honest caring people and ahead of the times. This store was a bull moose during Covid over masks and hands but they dropped them with the provincial health laws too. Kudos ?”

What I dislike about the experience, was the lady with short hair. She was an older Filipina , and she was just rude to me and my wife. I’ve only been there twice but the first time my daughter and I found some super cute cloths and shoes and we are very happy with them!The second time was to bring back a pair of shoes where the zipper had pulled away from the shoe and resulted in breaking completely off the shoe. I took them back in and they exchanged them for a new pair! My daughter loves these shoes so I was happy that they exchanged them no questions since it was a merchandise malfunction! “As soon as I entered this store location at Crossiron Mills everyone was smiling and greeting me merry christmas and happy new year , It was such a nice experience that all staff would greet you before the new years , I witnessed all the staff smiling while helping all their customers, even though there was a line up all staff did not fail to show how teamwork is during busy times , they would also greet you before and after entering the store. “I ordered a pair of jeans for my niece for Xmas they came in two days, the zipper was stuck, I phoned underground clothing they told me too take a picture of it, before I got back too phoning them they sent another pair in the mail, I hadn't even sent the other ones back yet, this was the best service I got in a longtime.
