“Unfortunately, I already have forgotten the name of the awesome young gentleman who cut keys for me yesterday. The day prior I went to 3 different locations of one of my preferred stores, none of which were able to fulfill my request. I supplied him with a worn-out key and the 2 keys he cut for me work perfectly (which cannot be said for the key I supplied).
