While I was shopping I was never asked if I needed help. Staff seemed disorganized when checking out. Not sure if the person was training or not.

I had great experience shopping here at this Mark's location in Airdrie. This one person named Val was so kind and so helpful to help me find steel toe shoes and what I was looking for. She was extremely excellent.

Good selection. When product I desired was not in stocks staff located it and had it drop shipped to me in a very timely manner.
