“Love Keren but lost a star through no fault of Keren’s.I saw some On runners at Market Mall Soul To Soul,so I made a point of stopping in to see Keren as I live in Airdrie.I was super disappointed that she didn’t have any On nor did she have any Aetrex!!Why doesn’t Keren get stocked the same as other locations?? I don’t like to have Keren request product transfers from another locations.AND Keren is the best!”

“I love shopping at Mark's but the Airdrie one not so much. I find the cashiers are not willing to help you when you don't find an item your size. I asked the cashier for a size in a hoody and she replied, we have one in your size but probably already in a box in the back because we are shipping our winter clothes. We can't look for it. I continued shopping in the back part of the store looking to see if I find one. A nice older lady didn't get her name but has shoulder length hair, asked me what I was looking for and I told her what the cashiers told me and she replied. I will try and find it for you in the back. 5 minutes later she came back with it in her hands and said I found it for you. That lady is very helpful, you can tell she likes working there. She needs a raise. Not like the other three cashiers being lazy to help a customer. Finding the lazy way out!”
