“I actually left a review before about an employee named Ellie, and I just have to say again she’s amazing! When I was in Marks today, the line was super long and I could tell she was under a lot of stress, but she still stayed friendly, calm, and professional the whole time. There was another cashier who was clearly new, and Ellie was incredible helping her out while still serving the customer she was with. You could tell she was juggling a lot, but she handled it like a total pro. Even though she was busy, we had a laugh together she’s got such a great sense of humor and such a positive attitude. Honestly, Ellie makes the whole shopping experience at Marks so much better. She really deserves to be recognized for how hard she works!”

“Needed to get new boots and wanted to grab my first pair of redwings. Went in and was helped to get a pair of slip on that ended up not fitting me well and so I came back for an exchange and Elle and Eden helped me a good bit making sure everything worked out even when I came 30 minutes before closing. Definitely had good customer service and would recommend coming in!”

“HUGE HUGE HUGE shout out to Jaida!! She went above and beyond for me!! I called a neighbouring store 9 times about a pair of crocs. I figured I’d call Journeys! Jaida answered. And by the way she was a pleasure to speak to!! I asked about a pair of Barbie crocs and they didn’t have the size I needed. In the mist of our conversation I mentioned that I called a neighbouring store 9 times and no one answered. She went to the neighbouring store and looked herself!! She put me on hold, she came back within a few minutes and told me she found the pair I was seeking and the size I needed! There was only 1 pair left!! Jaida went as far as putting the crocs on hold for me at the neighbouring store! THATS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Jaida you’re a gem!! Thank you SOOOO much!!”

“Attended Cross Mill Mall location on Sunday, October 26, 2025. The service was excellent. Multiple associates helped me and went above and beyond to find sizes/colours/fit and steam a blazer for me. The associates were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I believe my main girl was Harpreet (?). But all associates (4 in total) were so helpful. I used to shop at Dynamite many years ago before the quality of the merchandise deteriorated. It appears that some of the quality is coming back. The fit is a bit awkward on some of the merchandise – seemingly focused on crop/short-tops and small busts – but I was impressed with the quality/shape of their blazers and silk button shirts (you’ll have to size up). Disappointed that the only sizes left on many items were XS and S - when everyone in the store was looking for M or L. Yes, ordering online is an option – but this isn’t a solution. I would have purchased much more if it was available in store. Regardless, the service was incredible.”

“Cute store, very friendly staff.
Only irritation was i went in to grab some sandals. The ones in my size must have been last years stock as the box was a little different then the rest and the sandals had stickers on them were $10 less than the others but when I brought them to the till she quickly removed price stickers from the bottom and asked if she could keep the box and munually charged the new pricing that the new stock had.”
