“I recently purchased a suit from Tip Top online, but the pants arrived in the wrong size. I went into the store and was assisted by Darla and Sinaan, and honestly, it was the best service I’ve ever received. Not only did they make the exchange effortless, but they also had my pants tailored and ready to go in just 30 minutes at no extra cost!
I’ve shopped at plenty of high-end suit shops where the service was significantly worse. Darla and Sinaan are incredibly knowledgeable and actually care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back here for my next suit.”

In my opinion, the manager at the store went far beyond a normal call of duty tracking down the same jumper from a store in BC. She provided true excellence in customer service, solving my small Problem happily and efficiently. Thank you for sparking joy. I will.

“I actually left a review before about an employee named Ellie, and I just have to say again she’s amazing! When I was in Marks today, the line was super long and I could tell she was under a lot of stress, but she still stayed friendly, calm, and professional the whole time. There was another cashier who was clearly new, and Ellie was incredible helping her out while still serving the customer she was with. You could tell she was juggling a lot, but she handled it like a total pro. Even though she was busy, we had a laugh together she’s got such a great sense of humor and such a positive attitude. Honestly, Ellie makes the whole shopping experience at Marks so much better. She really deserves to be recognized for how hard she works!”
