“Upon our first visit to Eph, my husband knew that he wanted to get his custom tux from here. Bevin was our initial associate and he came with a wealth of knowledge about all the different customizations you can choose when creating a tux. It was so interesting and engaging to learn about the history of certain pockets and details that have changed over time and throughout history due to different eras and trends. Once the tux came in, there were some minor adjustments that needed to be done to get the perfect fit. Nile was there to assist us during each of the fittings and he was even so kind as to personally source some studs to replace the original buttons. He was always friendly, kind, and accommodating and we are so glad we picked Eph to help us create the perfect look for our special day!”

“I took my 16yo son to the Volcom Market Mall location today and we had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Mitch. Being in retail myself, I 100% appreciate someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and truly enjoys what they do. Mitch is in his element and was incredible at helping us pull a new wardrobe full of clothes. At one point my son said that Volcom needs to pay him more because he literally loved every piece Mitch brought him. Towards the end of our shop, Mitch was multi-tasking helping another customer and answering the phone. He made it look effortless and still managed to continue to help us. Thank you so much Mitch!!!”

“I came to your store today to buy some back to school clothes for my kids. We walked in at about 5:10 a group of. 6-7 of us at one time, there was a girl with dark long hair leaning on the till - none of us were greeted by her, none of us were asked if we needed help. A few mins later a younger girl with blondish brown hair and stripped red shirt (Brooklyn *according to her name tag*) came on to the floor, we watched her go from customer to customer asking if anyone needed assistance, she was friendly upbeat and very accommodating we were looking to buy some Kimes jeans for my daughter she talked to us about the different ones and the ones that had stretch and the different washes, at that time there was probably 10-15 people in the store, my daughter wanted a different size so Brooklyn was helping all the customers at the till I decided to seek out the girl we originally saw when we walked in - she was no where to be found this only 5:20 and this poor girl was left to run this fairly big, fairly busy store by herself. While Brooklyn remained friendly and helpful, positive and accommodating its bizarre to me as to why she was left on back to school weekend by herself in a busy store. I’m not sure if management is aware of this but should probably be reviewed. Brooklyn deserves the 5 out of 5 but I gave 4 out of 5 because of the girl when we walked in.”
