“I don’t normally shop at this Canadian Tire store and if I’m honest I don’t shop at Canadian Tire often as I find the service most times to be atrocious. However, if I lived in the area I would probably shop here more and it’s because of our interaction with one person - Joey. He greeted us as we were entering the store although he was looking after a curb side pickup. We were wanting to purchase a gazebo so we’re waiting to speak to someone at Customer Service. Joey came in and immediately looked after us. He quickly checked stock and location in store then had four guys waiting for us to load it into our vehicle. All said and done we were in and out in about 20 minutes. Awesome service. Thank you Joey!”
