“Took my Jeep to JB’s Power Centre South and had an awesome experience. The install work was super clean and everything was installed professionally and perfect.
The real reason they get 5 stars was the work ethic. After the test drive, the tech (Mike) noticed the steering wheel alignment was just a hair off. Even though it was already past closing time, he put it back on the rack and stayed late to make sure it was 100% dialed in before I left and also showed me the work performed.
Really honest and great crew that takes pride in their work and doing things right. I’ll definitely be back for future work!

“I had to bring my vehicle here after I was in an accident. The service and quality of work done was great. There was a really minor thing I asked them to correct for me so i brought it back, and they did it no problem. The estimator and technician also went above and beyond to get a small dent out of my door and fix another issue i pointed out (unrelated to anything they did)! Im really grateful and impressed. I would recommend this location to everyone I know and would return if I needed their services in the future. They were also super easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.

“Received a quote from Frank's for some body damage to my 2 year old VW. No appointment necessary for a quote and I had my quote in hand within 20 minutes. That was in January. I decided to check with a couple of other auto body shops but soon realized the others were quoting me twice, if not thrice, what Frank's quoted me, in both price and time to completion. I had to wonder if Frank's quote was too good to be true but I decided to take the chance...in May. And even though it was more than three months after the original quote, they honoured the quote, though said cost of materials may be more as their costs have increased. Fair enough. Well, from start to finish, Frank's Auto Body's work was fast and professional. And, to boot, the final price and time to completion was exactly what was originally quoted! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you to the entire team at Frank's Auto Body for making this process so fast, affordable, and professionally completed.”

The parts are a bit more expensive, stuffs little more expensive here but they give out free mechanic advice and that's extremely valuable knowledge.
