“Fixx Auto South Edmonton is quite literally one of a kind. I know for most - being a frequent flyer at an auto shop is NOT necessarily a goal for the majority of us as drivers. Especially in a city with insurance rates like ours….!!!! So in saying this - it’s unfortunate that over the last few years I’ve gotten hit a few times, and last winter finally had my own at fault.. you’d think sliding into the car in front of you while going 20km/h at school pick up, because they slammed on their brakes would leave us without damage. But nope! So I have become part of their family haha. That may be a push lol! But really and truly, the entirety of the team at Fixx Auto South, is so warm and welcoming. They go over and above and make the entire journey from entering their doors to picking up your vehicle to take it home - is an absolute breeze. Dylan is SO knowledgeable and truly has the customers best interest at heart. Kelly is a gem, and makes sure to make paperwork, updates, etc something that the customer doesn’t have to think about. I’ve spent way more time there then most so i can also attest that from the owner Vladimir - to the mechanics in the back - every step of your situation will be dealt with, with nothing but the upmost importance!!!! While i pray it’s a while before I see them again, I must admit, I’m always happy to see their contagious smiles! TEN STARS for Fixx Auto South!M”
“I have been to several dealerships and have had bad experiences at most. Pressure, lies, deceit, anything to make the sale.Raoul here went out of his way to assist me in doing the deal, and was professional and listened to me. The most important things a salesman can do! I was impressed.The manager Danny, who also assisted was friendly and helpful. And finally Dave, was awesome! He explained things and was transparent in what he did, and was friendly as well.I asked a lot of questions, and received answers on everything.I would say that this was likely the best car sales experience I have had. “The other day my moonroof completely stopped working. I tried everything and couldn't close it. I called numerous shops and none of them seem to have wanted to deal with it. I went to the dealership and they tried but to no avail, then wanted to book me in 5 days later but they would’ve taken longer and probably charged an arm and a leg from the sounds of it. I was about to cave in and then I saw Frank’s Auto Body on Google.I’m glad I clicked on it because as soon as I called, the young man on the phone sounded confident about fixing it. He even walked me through what they might do to figure it out. I like how he didn’t outwardly say no but rather asked questions that seemed reasonable to aid in understanding what happened. After that I was sure that they could do it and didn’t call any other places.Considering it was an emergency for me, he asked me to bring in the car right away and see what they can do before they close, I stopped by and they did a quick diagnosis, but the job looked like it would need more than 30 minutes so he was able to squeeze me in the next day. I didn’t have to wait for weeks like the other shops suggested.Blessings in disguise for real because they were able to fix it in a timely manner. I got my car back within a few hours. They really saved me from a lot of headache. And of course I got a discount! Then it rained the next day but I was lucky that they fixed it before the rain!!! Alhamdulillah ❤️”

In a desperate attempt I googled 'Auto parts Leduc' and Warehouse services came up! truth be told I have never of the place before but sure enough I called and they said they can have the pump in for me same day in the afternoon! I was ecstatic! Price as stated by others is very comparable to online stores (Was cheaper than the dealership and other big chain stores)Awesome, knowledgeable staff & Super friendly. “My family had the most amazing experience with purchasing our new vehicles from the Lexus South Pointe dealership. This was our first foray into luxury vehicles (we have always driven a Toyota) and the vehicle buying experience is like night and day. Our salesperson, Mr Jatin Kapoor, took very good care of us and treated us like family. He always made himself available to answer any of our questions and just went above and beyond to make us feel special and important. Jatin even went so far as to prepare a bouquet of flowers for mom on the day of pickup! This level of customer service is definitely a rarity nowadays! The excellent service doesn’t stop at Jatin! We also had the pleasure of working with Mr Milan Rezek, the director of financial services, and he too has been incredible and very accommodating all throughout this buying process. And Mr. Chris Button was an excellent instructor and he taught us some pretty cool tricks! All-in-all, can’t believe how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was! Not sure if it is a luxury car thing, a Lexus thing, or if it’s this dealership that is special, but we were truly and honestly blown away by these guys. Would definitely, without a doubt, come back here for our next vehicle! ( oh and the cars we got were pretty awesome too )”

“Super helpful and friendly staff/owners, I got a patriot 18k slide hitch for my fifth wheel at Leduc hitch. It was in stock and ready to pickup right away, they even loaded it into my box with the forklift. Came back a few weeks later to get an adjustable hitch for towing my other trailer, they helped me pick out a hitch and gave me some great advise on removing an old rusted on reducer.Overall a great local shop.The only down side is that they do charge more for some of the hitches they carry. The fifth wheel hitch I got was priced at about market value (basically the same as everywhere else I looked) but the same adjustable hitch that I purchased here was available from several different retailers for about 20-30% less than I paid (same shank, ball size and height).I like supporting local shops, but you could save a lot of money depending on what you get, so just check prices before you decide to buy.”
“I was very happy with how Carstar looked after me. From the initial phone call from my insurance provider, Carstar communicated with me all the way. From their call to book an appraisal, they also set me up with my car rental. When the repair was completed, they informed me my vehicle was ready and did a very detailed walk around and explanation on the repairs.After I took possession of my vehicle and had left, Carstar followed up with me to discuss a small concern.
