I called them and was provided with very concise information. I took my car in and was met with a very personable man who immediately gave me the low down of what to expect, the time frame, cost, etc - very transparent, very honest and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The inspection was complete when he said it would be and price was exactly as quoted. I've always had anxiety when it comes to vehicle repairs as my dealership had done several repairs incorrectly multiple times. Since switching to Tischer, I've had nothing but positive experiences. “Great place! This isn't where I usually go for vehicle service but I won a gift certificate so I wanted to use it. Very friendly staff- when I entered I was immediately greeted even though someone was in front of me and that says alot about their customer service! ? While I waited for my vehicle, I saw them do the same over and over which was great! Very generous coffee and water/beverage area and seating area is very comfortable with a tv and Telus tv. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for my next service!”

“After being turned away by the big brand shops for something as routine as an alignment, and all due to the subtle geometry change of kryptonite upper control arms!
So i did a quick google search for “competent 4x4 and offroad alignment shops”, and which lead me ideal auto, after a fairly brief conversation with the knowledgeable voice on the other end of the phone, my mind was at ease about letting someone other than myself or my trusted shop back home touch my truck. These guys deal with these trucks everyday, they understand the importance of aftermarket geometry specs, and really made the truck drive down the road and feel like it was supposed to again! Very professional, fair prices, and an overall very positive experience, will be back should i have trouble when im back in this part of the province again!
