When we first got there, he personally washed the car and even brought it inside the service area so that we can get a great view of the car indoors. Not only that, prior to meeting, he even went the extra step of filming a video about the car to us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the entire car, and was well prepared with all the documentation regarding the car. He was very helpful every step of the way! I did get a break down of the cost and services provided and it is what it is, not a dealership rip and not a I know a guy poor fix. It's a honest price for the right guy for the job.(Off rant a bit for people that say it costs to much)I'm not a guy that will low-ball everyone (service trades people) to save a penny and be pound foolish, there's to many out there and I get everyone would like a saving. If we can't kept good service guys in business we'll only get short cutting tradesmen (get what you paid for).
