“Asked them to look over and find anything wrong with a newly purchased used vehicle, they were honest and didn't find extra problems to upcharge, just fixed only exactly what needed to be done. Fast and good work. Didn't treat me like I was ignorant just because I'm a woman which is hard to find in mechanics. Straightforward info, quick, quality fixes, and reasonable pricing. “We went for an oil change and to see what was causing our vehicle to leak and it was fixed amazingly, and speedy! Will be taking our vehicle here for any mechanic needs. Not to mention. The video showing what was wrong and how it was fixed was honest and a bonus! Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, and they stayed ooen for us Saturday to get the oil change done!!! So pleased.”
“I recently had my truck worked on by this knowlagable company .It was such a good experiance I felt it should be shared.
I had accidently ended up at this shop and at the end of their work day. The guys there were all so kind and helpful. Not only did they try and help me to figure out that I should be at a diffrent address, when they should have been closed. They also were accomedating and took my truck in to do the brakes for the next day!!
They gave me a qoute prior and stuck to it.
They sent me pictures and info on what was wrong and also recognized my belt was noisy and wearing down.
They have resonable prices and did the work in a timely manner. They offer a garentee and assured me if there was any isssues to just bring it back.
I would use them again in the future!

There was a special going for Bridgestone Blizzack WS90 tires at Costco in October and after calling around to other Mazda dealerships, LA Mazda was the only one who would happily match pricing. They ordered my tires in and just told me to give them a call when I wanted to put them on. Overall, very happy with my experience and will be back in the future!”

“Had Leduc Chrysler try twice to repair the Traction Control in my 2018 Grand Cherokee summit, they only succeeded in lowering my bank account, probably didn’t need the differential motor or control module they installed.
Let Tischer Automotive look at it and they sourced the part and did the installation and it works fine.

“We are very pleased with the service at Best Choice Automotive. Family members, as well as us, had used their services years ago when Gordon was still owner and found them to be excellent, so we went back. Denzel, the new owner of six months, has kept up the good name of this business, and the service was exceptional. We appreciated his friendliness, and we found him to be as honest and transparent as is his policy. Our vehicle was fixed and ready to go faster than estimated, which was a terrific bonus for us. Best Choice is now our go-to automotive repair business. The labour charge is on par with a good automotive service shop. You can likely you can find some cheaper places, however, we've had the experience that you get what you pay for. We experienced that today. One of the issues we had with our vehicle was that we had taken it for an oil change at a chain-business (looking at you, "Mr.") because it was less expensive. We certainly got what we paid for: cheap price and bad service. Unknowing to us, the oil filter that was not put on properly, and over a bit of time a litre of oil leaked out as we were driving around. We can't even imagine the cost if all the oil had had all been lost. We appreciate that inexperienced people learn to change oil and may make mistakes while learning at chain-businesses, but we cannot afford to have their inexperience cause us issues with our car. From now on we will go to Best Choice to have our oil changes done by a trained and qualified automotive service technician. It's likely going to cost more than a chain-business would charge, but to prevent what would have been 1000s of dollars in damage makes it a smart move in our opinion. Car repairs can be costly, and we admittedly have a small income, but better to spend a little more to take care of our car and give up something else from our tight budget than not to have a working vehicle. Also, on the humourous side, Denzel was completely non-judgemental when he repaired the mistake we made and explained what we did wrong on a car repair we did ourselves. Thanks, Denzel -- appreciate that! Best Choice is our top choice, and we highly recommend them.”

“This auto shop is excellent! My husband decided to search for Toyota specialists in the city after receiving a quote from “our dealership” to repair a squeak coming from the front drivers side wheel. The quote we received was simply not reasonable for a maintained 2020 4 runner. It was 25% of the value of the car! No one in their right mind could accept that quote. It included a bunch of work that just did not make sense to my husband given the mileage of our vehicle, the regular maintenance we kept up and previous warranty work. So he found Wilson’s! Wilson’s assessed the problem, took video of the problem and explained it to us. They explained that, actually,
the root of the problem was from a strut being installed incorrectly under warranty at the dealership and that the dealership should be fixing the problem under warranty. Not wanting to return to “our dealership”, we left the car at Wilson’s for repair. They repaired our vehicle, focused on what was necessary and did not make up unnecessary work they could charge us for. They have built trust and clearly have a lot of experience. They are pros, just like the old days when mechanics knew what they were doing, took pride in their work and were great at it because they have experience and learned from the best. Not only can they do the work, they can explain what they did and educate you. Full transparency from these gentlemen! This shop is truly fantastic. We love our Toyota and now we know where to bring it when something breaks.”

“I recently had four new tires installed at Fountain Tire in Edmonton. One of the rims had a slow leak for just over a year. I took it to the Ford dealership twice, and they couldn't find anything wrong. In fact, the dealership told me the leak was probably due to the 2-mm and 3-mm tire tread depth. Time to replace the tires! Hence the reason I had new tires installed. Even after replacing 4 new tires the leak was still happening. I called Jeffrey at Fountain Tire in Beaumont, and he scheduled me in to have a look at the tire even though he didn't do the installation. The same day he called back and told me they had found a small leak in the valve stem. They replaced it free of charge! They even re-torqued the lugs after 100 km. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Top notch service and courteous. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for new winter tires! Shout-out to Jeffrey, Mansatpreet (Manny), and Brent (Owner).”
