“Great place! This isn't where I usually go for vehicle service but I won a gift certificate so I wanted to use it. Very friendly staff- when I entered I was immediately greeted even though someone was in front of me and that says alot about their customer service! ? While I waited for my vehicle, I saw them do the same over and over which was great! Very generous coffee and water/beverage area and seating area is very comfortable with a tv and Telus tv. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for my next service!”

The overall experience was nice and smoother than expected. Negotiations are usually long and stressful, but it wasn’t bad here at all. The sales manager was also very knowledgeable.

They provided a thorough explanation of their policies and procedures, and this greatly enhanced my understanding of what happened during my most recent visit for a flat repair. I really appreciate that they put in the time and effort to contact me and to let me know what unfolded and why. This gave me a much clearer picture of what occurred during that service. They also offered to rectify the situation, which I am very grateful for, and I do not believe it is fair to leave a negative review in the public domain when the business has made a genuine effort towards reconciliation. I appreciate that the business reviewed the situation and communicated with me about the relevant information. They were also very prompt and professional in doing so.
