You are correct I accidentally sent an email to you which was not intended for you. I apologized to you for this error and the person the email was intended for.Glamrock Freddy - Your father was given a non-renewal by Unitii which was not decided by me personally. I have a responsibility to fullfill my duties as an employee of the company I work for. Also, I did not "kick" people out for no reason. Unitii chose not to renew residents when their lease expired. You stated that I was"mean" sometimes, if you are referring to the many times I told you to not walk barefoot in the building during construction of the lobby as I did not want you to get hurt, then I guess I was "mean".Natalia K - you did not have a signed lease agreement with CE. You subletted the apartment from the two ladies that resided in the unit (sisters). The sisters became your landlord. When they decided not to renew as you were required to vacate the apartment when they vacated. It should also be noted that the apartment was left filthy even when you had 30 days to prepare for your move out.DM- The management was cruel? I am slightly surprised that you would post this. If anyone was cruel it was you. Do you want to explain to everyone how you dog "accidentally" fell from your 15th floor balcony landing on the 2nd floor patio dying a horrible death? You failed to post that your "boyfriend" broke into my apartment causing $6000.00 worth of damages and Unitii had to provide extra security to ensure I was safe. Get this after he was arrested he actually came back to my apartment a 2nd time to try to break in. Talk about how he stole clothes out of the dryers in the laundry room and two tenants had to stop him or the tenants on the 15th floor who were terrified of him because he tried breaking into their apartments. Because of all the drama you brought to the building you were evicted.Toniko S & Justice - You are not residents of Chelsea Estates. You only posted a negative review based on the information your friend who lives in the building gave you. The issue was a lost/misplaced bank draft that was not received in the rental office. You have implied that I took the bank draft and cashed it. It has now been confirmed by your friend's bank that the bank draft has not been cashed. I get that you want to defend your friend, but to make unfounded accusations about person you do not know is beyond my comprehension. How would you feel if I or anyone made such assumptions about you publicly after visiting your place of employment or not even having met you?”

“The views were incredible, I lived on a quiet floor where I was able to focus on animation and graphic novels for portfolio work. The staff were the best, close to Safeway & Restaurants, a good place to live for someone goal/work oriented.”
