“Not a bad housing option
Pros: convenient location in the city center, very pleasant staff, no noise problems were noticed, except for the noise at the entrance (the front door is not soundproofed). There is a gym, a relaxation room and a common cinema room.
Of the minuses: strange wiring arrangement, no air conditioning or ventilation, problems with water pressure on the upper floors.
I didn’t notice any problems with the heating; I lived there in the summer.”

My kitchen sink was clogged and within 4 hours of notifying the building maintenance, the extremely friendly and efficient Ogie had my sink back to operational in minutes.
I have never experienced maintenance in an apartment that swift.
