A buddy of mine lives here. The rent is cheap, especially for a 1-room apartment. It is pet friendly and clean. The location is very convenient, Beltline, right across from Mid-town CO-OP. I give this building 5 stars.

We had a great experience with the property manager Ramiro Grepo. Very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Everything was clear, organized, and handled smoothly. Truly appreciate the support and excellent communication. Highly recommend!

The Cube is a nice building and well managed building, it is always clean. The location is great and close to everything.
