Tried several different solutions. Asked for help and git it and resolved my problem. He didn't just point in a direction name an aisle he got up and brought the possible solutions. Customer service how it should be.”

The sales rep was super knowledgable and helpful. I was in and out of the store within an hour with fantastic discounts on a bedroom set, delivery & take away in hand.
The delivery fellows did a great job. Clean, fast, respectful, careful. I gave them 5 stars even though they went past the delivery window by a couple of hours. The tracking app was very helpful so I wasn't worried. I knew they were busy helping other customers and that they were on their way.
They took away the old mattress and set up new one. Unpacked the dresser and took packaging away. Very helpful and professional.

My fireplace was serviced today. The technician gave me 15 minutes notice, he telephoned, and from the moment he arrived, I had confidence in his abilities. He was efficient, quick, making huge differences to my fireplace; explained what he had done. When it came to paying the bill, I was astonished at how reasonable their prices were.
Absolutely a firm favourite now, will recommend to everyone and will definitely be my go to for future servicing.

“Bought the Miele Complete C3 plus a supply of bags and we couldn't be happier! They shipped it out to us in Calgary without issue, and even followed up with a couple videos on how to operate and take care of the vacuum. These were really important as I would not have known the bag clip disengages automatically when you open the bag compartment - I can't imagine the dust all over inside if I hadn't watched those videos!We love how great it cleans our hardwood and carpeted floors, couch, and blinds (we've yet to put it to the dog hair test, but that will be coming). And coming from an old bissell canister vacuum, I'm extremely pleased with how quiet the Miele operates. The bissell was coming to the end of it's life with how piercingly loud it ran, I'm sure.All in all, I had a great experience buying a vacuum from Rod and his team and will be buying any bag replacements from them when I run out!”
