The location is very convenient, and the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, which makes customers feel at ease. However, some customers have noted a limited number of staff on weekends, which can affect service. While the store seems well stocked, finding flatbed carts can be a challenge, as they are not readily available inside. Despite this, many customers appreciate the overall atmosphere, with a fantastic crew that goes above and beyond to make shopping a pleasure. The Home Depot has also made changes to its policy regarding animals, ensuring a more pleasant shopping experience for all.
