At this branch and all around Canada, the staff have made mistakes, given me wrong information and drove me to actually go to multiple other banks considering to change. Very luckily for RBC, I encountered Blake Davenport at this branch, and he has been the only person I interact with at RBC ever since. He has been excellent help, has never once told me incorrect information, is very knowledgable and skilled in what he does and just simply able to get the job done. I have since brought my whole family in to see him, to do anything in our accounts, from making significant changes, getting the right information, we all are very happy with him.
