“I was in the process of paying out my mortgage by National Bank. I was having some problems with a National Bank employee who left me disatisfied that all was in order. I dedided to go to a National Bank branch located in downtown Calgary. Was introduced to Banking Advisor Dennis Oseyi. Immediately he was polite and responsive. After some 20 minutes he returned to his office where my wife and I were waiting. He was able to advise us the the situation had been reviewed and some problems were sorted out. We left feeling a whole lot more confident the problem was resolved. From that point on we had full confidence in Dennis and the payout process as advised by Dennis took place exactly as planned.”

“I went there minutes ago and just needed money transferred from my savings to a TSFA. Sounds simple enough yet it was a challenge. One employee passed me on to the next. Vanessa then asked as the lady that saved the day. She was really patient, reassuring and walked me through the journey with her. She apologized for the delay and even allowed me access to the washroom despite it not being public. She was a really sweet lady.
