The manager John was incredible. We just needed help with accessing a sound system that was already installed in the home we just purchased. John patiently talked us through the process even though we were not buying anything. Next audio purchase Base will be first stop!

Dropped into Base Electronics yesterday to purchase some RCA splitters. It was over 20yrs since I had last been in the store. Yes folks, they have been around for long time here in Calgary. I was greeted by John (a fellow artist) who after some digging around found some cables that worked perfectly. I ended up purchasing a couple other items from their used inventory. Big thank you for for exceptional sales advice and just being friendly. Highly recommend! See them for all your home audio needs. 5 stars!

I reached out to Base to help ith some in ceiling speakers and to retrofit some speaker wires through our basement and up through cabinets. John came out, gave me an estimate, and worked with me and contractor as we figured all of this out. He is knowledgeable, passionate and helpful. What a grateful company to work with. We will work with them in the future for any sound needs for sure!

We have purchased numerous products at Base over the years. John was fantastic in helping diagnose our in-ceiling speaker issue. He was able to figure out the issue and installed a Sonos amp to get everything working properly. We now have music throughout our house.
