They helped me with a small issue I had even though it was slightly out of their category, which is why I had to write a review about how amazing I was taken care of I will be coming for my future purchase here.

John came to my home and re-set up our home stereo, troubleshooted other tech issues with a receiver and gave me some great advice! Not condescending (I’m not technically inclined), on time, and quick response! Well-priced too!! Will be back to update some speakers very soon!
