Had a great experience at Browns today!!! Found beautiful flats that are fancy enough. I can wear them to work while being comfortable!!! The staff member who helped me was kind and knowledgeable!!! I am very happy with the new flats I bought today!!!

I went into the Browns in Market Mall looking for very specific kind of shoe, Alicia Natalia came over and waited on me hand and foot (pun intended).
She was just a delight and listened to what I was looking for and brought over a few sneakers, I tried on many sneakers and ended up with their House Brand!

We started our shoe shopping a few doors down at a store that didn't have the foot measuring device and said they hadn't had since covid... that's ok, when did your size have anything do with finding the right shoe?!
At Brown's they not only had the measuring tool key to the shoe industry, but Tracy quickly diagnosed a high instep as the frustrating fit issue and helped find shoes that would be comfortable. Good old-fashioned friendly, knowledgeable service.
Shaylan is the Doc Marten expert and got us the shoes the kid wanted, in a size that fit right and was quick to pick on their pronouns which was a real gift. Thank you for that.
Terrific service from people who knew their shoes.

Excellent Staff ⭐
All of the staff were really helpful, especially Eric S. who must have (patiently and sweetly) brought me 14 different pairs of shoes to try. He was kind, courteous, and genuinely wants to help his guests/customers find the right fit and style. No pressure, and genuine service.
Will come back to this store for more people like Eric (and the girl with the pretty jade circle pendant whose name I didn't get) - absolute gems of approachable, knowledgeable and genuine in today's fast paced service environments. ??

I always love when I come to a store and meet an employee that just genuinely cares about the customer and the experience they take away. The rep that helped me - Helena - was a young woman that was so sweet and really advised me on the best options for me ! Would highly recommend coming to this location and if you can - ask for Helena !

Our sales person was Gabriel. He is now referred to as the footwear whisperer Although we didn’t get the boots we went in for, I was wearing a pair of Browns boots in need of care. Gabriel found the perfect products to save them and demonstrated how to use them. Seek him out! He knows his stuff. Best shoe salesman ever!!!! 10/10.

Yet another Browns with stellar customer service!Tonight I met Fazal when I visited Market Mall. He was fantastic to deal with - no pressure but very informative of manufacturers and gave me honest advice about fit and style. He even recommended another height of boot because it fit better with my proportions. He was “real” - seeking to understand what I was searching for and gave me some other considerations to leave with.Whatever training or strategic hiring Browns does for their team members works. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, and feel comfortable going to either Market Mall or Cross Iron, knowing employees like Fazal will be there! Well done, Browns!
