For TRUCK DRIVERS the drop off is through security gate near to docks. Was my first time here so i couldn’t find entrance after a while i found out hope it helps someone you go all the way down to street see docs right there’s security gate so you can get enter

Any reason why my mail box they change the key without notice? Maybe few months that we don't get the mail due to we are out of country then we try to open they change the key what a hassle. Anyone experience like this?

Can't even find access to the building. I'm only even shipping with these guys as Telus (return equipment) won't allow me to send with another carrier. Once I can even find the door, I have zero confidence my package will arrive to Telus in time let alone at all.
