“hidden gem when it comes to exotic drinks and snacks, been trying to find a store downtown for a while that carries things like Pepsi or coke from china, japan, and such, this is the spot! Staff are always friendly and make sure to show off new stock when they have it in.”
“I have been going to this post office for 7 years now, always good service, however, over the month of December there has been a young man named Ty working on weekends, I have to say his service, and thoughtfulness is outstanding, I am an older person and he advised me a better way to post a parcel to Vancouver with a Flat Box Rate, he assisted with the packing and suggested other things for me, this was not only today but three other times he has served me there, his customer service and knowledge is amazing, I wish him a really good life in whatever he does with it, Great Work Tye!! and thank you in a time when many in our world are not so.”

“I use Canada Post at this location regularly for mailing products for my business. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Katherine especially is one of my favourite employees as she has a thorough knowledge of different shipping methods and always recommends ways to save on shipping. I usually mail 20 or more packages at a time and the staff are always very efficient in preparing my order. Some of the other reviews on here are negative due to 2 main categories: 1) having to wait in line, 2) employees following Canada post protocol. I believe these negative reviews should be disregarded because they are unreasonable. Some people’s shipping order may take longer for the employees to process than others. To wait in line while others are served should not be an unreasonable expectation. In my hundreds of times shipping here I have never had to wait in line for an unreasonable amount of time and I recommend some of the other rude people reviewing on here to learn some respect for others. In my experienced perspective of shipping here on a regular basis, the service is excellent, delivery is reliable, price is affordable, employees are knowledgeable, kind and friendly. 5 stars, highly recommend.”

“I come to drop off my mail to this location for work monday-friday every day. I've loved dealing with everyone here but I'd have to say the top staff member here is Lucy.
She's super kind, sweet and never hesitates to let me chat her up as long as she's not busy. She always brings a happy and bubbly attitude when she's working which is definitely always a plus!
She's also always been incredibly informative when any postal strikes happen and let's me know what's going on, updates me on when they're ordering more stamps so I can purchase them for work and has always been able to answer any questions I may have which I've always been incredibly appreciative about!!
They're all a great team but Lucy definitely stands out for sure!!!”

“So much conflation of the delivery service and the post office itself. I go in regular enough and service has always been good.Canada post however can be frustrating. I've lived downtown for many years and if a signature is required they don't even bother trying. Just slip in the box and leave. Probably my least favorite delivery service.”
“These ladies are awesome huge lines of people wanting to send stuff out without knowing how. I've never seen them be anything but friendly and helpful. I'm in there about twice a week during peak hours. Customers not packing their stuff up and not knowing how to ship are what cause the long waits certainly NOT the staff AAA+++ always from them.”
