“I rented a car for 2 weeks from Alamo in Calgary airport. Everyone in Alamo is very helpful. My flight was delayed for 8 hours to arrive around 12am and very close to the closing hour of Alamo. I called Alamo ahead of time and Alamo write down my flight number and said one will wait until 3am if necessary. The online check in is very useful to save my time. In car pickup garage, customer service guy Gil is especially helpful when I ask for winter tire. Gil even make the winter tire complimentary without charge. Both the service and rental price deserve 5 stars.”

“I dealt with Eric when I checked in at the Budget Car Rental at Calgary Airport. Eric was super nice, friendly peron and was very helpful in everyway. He saw I was travaling with family and many luggages so he advised me the vehicle I had reserved, wasn't big enough so he upgraded me to a larger vehicle to accomodate me and my Family. So thank you Eric and thank you Budget?”
“I had the absolute worst rental experience with ENTERPRISE that I’ve ever experienced in my life!
ENTERPRISE rented me a 2023 Lincoln Navigator that had dangerous steering and suspension issues, 4 badly out of balance tires (that I personally paid for to have fixed), front and rear tires were totally different brands and their customer service and roadside assistance departments wasted hours of my time, promised to help and did nothing. Their locations in North Vancouver and at the Vancouver airport were a nightmare but I’ve left them the 1 star reviews they deserve.
So why am I leaving this location a 5 star review after going through literal hell with their rental? Because of Ryan, the manager at Calgary Exotics who behaved as a true professional and who went out of his way to make things right. He humbly apologized for our experience and the unsafe vehicle, reimbursed me for the cost to balance the tires and discounted the rental cost for our trouble. But most importantly; he took the vehicle out of service and sent it to Ford to have it fully serviced so that it was repaired to be safe for the next renter.
I am obviously majorly p’d off and disappointed with Enterprise as a corporation, but I believe that Ryan and this location deserves a fair review based upon how they went out of their way to address the issues when we returned to Calgary. No business is perfect (especially these days) but at least this Calgary Exotics location’s manager is accountable and cares about his customers.”

“I’ve rented cars all over North America and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Patrick went way above and beyond during what I could see was a very stressful time after a long weekend. No complaints, kept a great attitude, showed me a few options, gave me a discount really just to keep me happy. Just an overall great experience. The drop off crew was also very friendly and even asked if there was anything they could have done to improve. I thought for a second and couldn’t think of one thing they could have done better.
