Castle Toys is a locally owned and operated business near Central Calgary that has been providing gifts since 1983. It serves companies, unions, organizations, and memberships for events like Children’s Christmas parties and birthdays, and works with clients throughout Western Canada and abroad. The store has a large variety of high quality children’s toys and gifts, supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs. While not a huge store, it carries a wonderful selection, including good board games, puzzles, K'nex, Lego, and much more, often having specific items that larger stores do not. The staff are friendly, very accommodating, and welcoming. Customers report amazing experiences, finding toys unavailable elsewhere and receiving quick communication and shipping for online orders. The customer service is highly praised, with staff going above and beyond to resolve issues, such as replacing a faulty item without extra shipping charges. It is a wonderful little company with a great selection of unique toys, highly recommended for bringing joy to children.
Very accommodating. You can easily find toys for all sorts of ages. With Christmas coming I would say it’s one of the best stores to get your gifts.

Absolute amazing experience! They had a toy my son was hoping for that I could not find anywhere else. I made an error on my order and had the most amazing customer service via a phone call. I am so beyond grateful and appreciative of this wonderful little company. Highly recommend!
