“After my terrible experience at Brentwood, I came here to this location which I frequently visit. The manager was able to apply my coupons which were mistakenly shown as used. This location also had the correct LEGO gift with purchases in stock, and LEGO savings cards which Brentwood lacked. Thanks for running your store well and keeping it well stocked. “I was searching for toys online that are clean, clever and a bit different, and I found Cherry Tree Lane. Well, I’m so impressed with their superb selection of toys that it was easy to find my niece and nephew's Christmas gifts. I decided to ship directly to my sister for Christmas as I was cutting it close and was going to ask her to wrap and reached out to ask if the invoice could be left out of the box. Well, Bekki, I assume one of the owners quickly emails back not only with an answer but also would I like them to wrap and tag the gifts as a free service; I’d like to add it was 9 pm on Saturday. “So much Lego! Definitely recommended visiting this store when you are at Chinook Centre. The displays are amazing, the sets Lego is creating now are simply fantastic. The new Dreamz line looks especially cool and I highly recommend looking over some of the sets in store. “This shop and their staff are The best!Lulu and the team could not have been more helpful.Not only does the shop stock completely beautiful kids and baby things but the staff go More than the extra mile to help customers. I wanted to order a replacement blanket for my baby daughter as her Special one was inside our car when it was stolen. I searched Everywhere and eventually managed to track one down in Enfance. Sadly I don't live locally, so the staff responded to my email sos and created a custom order for it to be shipped directly to me. It arrived in less than a week and could not have made me and my daughter happier.I really didn't expect this level of customer service and support. What a great, great shop and team. “We came here after failing to find some items ar Dollarama. I knew to come here as the last time we needed something that Dollarama didn't carry, we found it at another Buck or Two..The store is clean and bright with plenty of room between aisles. Upon entering, we inquired about a cake cutter, and the staff member pointed us in the right direction.Beyond what we found, we inquired about helium, and they showed us the price list. It's good to know that we can still get helium here!”
