The clerk refused to give me my lottery tickets because he said I did not need them and he just threw them out. Does he know how lottery tickets work? Smells fishy to me.

Went to try and return an amazon package and the employee said the app was down, went to another circle K and it worked fine. Pretty sure the employee was being lazy and did not want to help, barely looked up from his phone when helping me out. Occurred on Nov 30th around 5 pm. Would not go back

At night, due to issues with the homeless, they serve customers through a small window. You have to ask the staff for what you need, so you can't really check the prices. I just went out to grab a bottle of water, and the clerk handed me one that cost a whopping $6.60. I can't help but think he gave me the most expensive one on purpose.

The Asian women who on duty Oct 5 2025 9am has a serious attitude problem. Yelled at someone who tried to come and shop. I didn’t really see the sign because I didn’t aware but I just pulled door regularly. Does this lead to a yelling from her?

Literal definition of an inconvenience store. You aren't allowed in to pick out what you want and the clerks don't speak or understand enough to know what you want..... just a big old time waste

do not show up after 9 pm, clerk did not let me use my pin card, and I wasn't able to enter the store. the staff at night really suck at their jobs. what makes it worse is that all the other stores nearby have shutdown. which as a resident of the area is extremely insulting. if you can't be bothered to hire a security guard then why bother staying open? the good news is that I've been saving a lot of money by avoiding late night munchie adventures.

Had to order through a window, which I mean sure, I get it, you’re too stingy to hire a security guard or two. Economy isn’t the best, sure. What makes it a real slap in the face is when you make it clear what 3 items you want, the cashier guy gets all 3, charges you for all 3, then only hands you 2 and spends 20 seconds seemingly unaware he’s shorting you. Absolutely abysmal.

I went to this location at 9:30pm on a weekday, plenty of daylight, kids playing in the park across the street, yet the door was locked and they were forcing people to order through a window.
When I asked what juices they had, he asked me what I wanted, and when I inquired to what the options were, we went around in circles. The clerk couldn’t provide a menu to choose from, was unwilling to bring all my options to the front — I was supposed to guess what they had available and make choices based on my best guess of a product in stock, and his best guess of what specific product I wanted. Ultimately I just walked away to the Tim Hortons up the street.
Absolutely disgusting, being treated like a criminal; I’m a guest to Calgary and being made to feel like a second class citizen only steps away from an upscale hotel because this brand has chosen to represent themselves as a haven for troublemakers attributed to a lack of security will have me second guess choosing a Circle K next time I need convenience.

Do I look like a crackhead?
Don’t call yourself a convenience store when your doors are always locked. Ordering from a window outside when you’re an ordinary person is seriously unfair.
Why not just buzz people in at this point?
With other reviews complaining about the exact same thing for months, I’m honestly surprised this store still exists.
By the way, I couldn’t even understand a single word the clerk said.
