Extremely tough rough neighborhood around here, it's a convenience store next to a C train and it attracts lots of homeless around here, especially in that back lane. Overall it's a good location and easily accessible

A very basic convenience store. It’s often crowded with homeless people, and there’s a glass barrier between the staff and customers. Prices are high, but like most Circle K locations, they do have coffee and a few sandwiches available.
