“I purchased a gaming laptop and they talked me into purchasing the 2 year protection plan as they sold me on the "once per year computer cleanup service". Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I took my laptop in for the 2nd free clean up. She checked my computer in, did all the normal stuff, then told me my 2 year service plan expired 2 days ago and that they would charge me. So obviously I took it back. I guess why I am writing this review is that she didn't even try to like, make an exception - it's so petty to me, I didn't ask, I didn't make a stink about it.Why this is bugging me is because I always viewed memory Express as like, "the smaller company" and I always felt like I should support it. To get talked in to buying this 2 year warranty and then being denied a simple service, 2 days after it expired, is pretty heart breaking. The funny thing is, I would have had it in the week prior but the person I talked to said to bring it in the week after as they wouldn't be able to get to it for a week. Just thought I would share this and caution anyone against this 2 year warranty/service package thing and to make sure you use it no matter what.UPDATE: The store management got ahold of me and kindly allowed me to bring my laptop back in store to get my warranty service. I am just beyond appreciative that Marcus made an effort to try and help out. We had a great and honest discussion - sounds like normally they would have just honored it and this was a one-off experience. I was really disappointed because up until this, I always had such a great experience with Memory Express. There is nobody else in the city that I would trust with my computer(s). So, it just makes me so happy that I can continue to feel this way. Thanks again Marcus, you made my day! ♥”

“Last week found a media cart on-line that had basically all the features we needed and at a great price. Went to view it and Evy gave us great service - he located the item, made sure it was in a spot where we could easily examine it and provided lots of helpful information. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We quickly bought it and picked it up the next day with our truck. We'll be back in the future!”

“I purchased a sound bar that was recommended as a great budget option and was told there was an HDMI in port on it. Upon returning home I discovered that it in fact only had optical. I returned to the store and every sales person I had dealt with was surprised and apologetic. I was taken care of and given a sales price on a different unit that was no longer on sale. I’m very happy with the product I got and everyone on the floor was extremely friendly and helpful. Ultimately some mistakes were made but they took accountability and made up for it and in todays world you can’t ask for anything more than that. Great team.”
