366 Aspen Glen Landing SW Unit 118, Calgary AB T3H 0N5
“I was at the Aspen Landing Rogers store today and had the pleasure of being served by Mohammed. I truly can't say enough good things about his service, it was absolutely excellent in every way. He was kind, very patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to cancel one Rogers plan I had purchased online and went with another offered by Mohammed that was an even better deal and more suitable to my needs. This was so much more helpful and less stressful (exasperating) than the online experience, thanks entirely to Mohammed. Although I had less dealings with the other staff present,, they too were very in completing the process. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for Friendly, informed, fair and patient phone service. Thanks Mohammad!”

5271 Memorial Dr #109, Calgary AB T2A 4V1
“After communicating with multiple scammers listing “phones” on FBMarketplace, and getting the “I only take etransfer so I can try to make you pay twice” scam, as well as the “I’ll meet you at a random house address but not anyplace public and will only take cash” scam, I called EP today as I was looking for an iPhone 14. I asked what he had and and he said he had 2: a purple one in “Excellent condition” with 86% battery and one with 96% battery but the facial recognition didn’t work, and that both were priced at $500. When I got there the purple phone was exactly as described - it looked brand new. He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and showed me the battery life and that it was unlocked (after I forgot to check that it was). And he didn’t try to upsell me! The next time anyone I know is looking for a used phone and thinking about buying privately, I’ll tell them to go here and pay about the same as buying privately (because his prices are better than most) and save both their time and my money. I can’t recommend EP enough!”

“I walked into the store to drop off equipment that I've been carrying along with me for some time, and Jeff came to my immediate assistance. Although he couldn't take it back for me as this is the post office duty to do so, he wrapped up my equipment with bubble wrap and even taped the box for me so cause me less hassle when I was ent to the post office. Exceptional service with a smile.”

“I brought my laptop into PCMaster Pro due to a Malware issue. Although they said it would likely take 48 hours to address, I had my computer back within 24 hours, with the issue fixed. Be advised though, that this business operates from within the Open Box locale. I'll still give them 5 stars for great, prompt service, but the location is a little ambiguous. I'm glad I found them though!”

“10/10 experience regarding Patrick and Josh; Visions Electronics in-house delivery/install team & Om Assistant Sales Manager for coordinating everything behind the scenes. To make this work, Pat & Josh not only customized the mounting solution but also factored in power/cable management, viewing & sound optimization and most importantly overall structural integrity. The amount of knowledge and expertise needed to do this on an ad hoc basis is rather remarkable given the scenario is always a little bit different. Super pleased with the TV itself from Visions but also the expert/white-glove install needed so that this screen would not take-over the room nor be forced into a sub-optimal placement such as on the floor/etc.”

Great communication skills. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Ash. I am not happy with Koodo at the moment, but Ash deserves more than 5 stars.”

“Amazing service from Jessica S. Here's the story about how Rogers saved the day! I had chosen another telco for home internet but on the day we moved in to the house they let me down so badly. So I texted Jessica on the long weekend and she seamlessly set me up with Rogers Shaw internet and she got the modem express mailed to me. She was knowledgeable, efficient and calm under pressure. She turned a stressful situation into a wonderful one and I am now sitting here with great high speed internet which worked straight out of the box with no hassle. I would never recommend Telus to anyone BUT I wholeheartedly recommend Imagine and Rogers. Thanks Jessica!”
