In 2016 I did a 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos theatre in my basement. Base was integral to the equipment and installation.
in 2026 I moved. No joke, Kyle who installed the original system was there to do our new house. He slayed it as before and it is beyond amazing, a revelation.
I cannot express how much Base has done for us as far as problem solving and creative solutions. Not just selling us more and more gear.
I cannot recommend them higher, and I encourage everyone to go and look and talk to John and everyone else.

“I was at the Aspen Landing Rogers store today and had the pleasure of being served by Mohammed. I truly can't say enough good things about his service, it was absolutely excellent in every way. He was kind, very patient, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had to cancel one Rogers plan I had purchased online and went with another offered by Mohammed that was an even better deal and more suitable to my needs. This was so much more helpful and less stressful (exasperating) than the online experience, thanks entirely to Mohammed. To make this work, Pat & Josh not only customized the mounting solution but also factored in power/cable management, viewing & sound optimization and most importantly overall structural integrity. The amount of knowledge and expertise needed to do this on an ad hoc basis is rather remarkable given the scenario is always a little bit different. Super pleased with the TV itself from Visions but also the expert/white-glove install needed so that this screen would not take-over the room nor be forced into a sub-optimal placement such as on the floor/etc.”

Clever as I am I attempted to replace it myself and damaged a wire, ouch. When I brought the turntable in for repair the service was quick and excellent. “I bought an open box motherboard here and I was in a rush and didn't check it when I left. My fault. When I got home I opened the box and it looked like there might be a bent pin and there was old thermal compound on it. I went back knowing they would probably assume I massacred the poor thing and tell me to get stuffed.
They did not. I still got plenty of dirty looks and they made me wait forever and probably concluded it was easier to just give me my money back. I got my return. Matthew H. helped me out with the return and he, in isolation, was kind, prompt, professional, and understanding.
1/5 for the dirty looks and for selling a bad board.
