Long waiting in aisles. Customer service is very slow probably because of shortage of staff

I visited this store a week ago because the one at CrossIron didn't leave a good first impression. I was assisted by two ladies, Karen and Leza, whose customer service was exceptional and quick. I will be visiting again!
