“Took my pioneer ddj 1000 to get a lot of work done as it was freezing and there was damage inside the controller relating to jog wheel sensors and other issues Despite reading reviews on this place, I will say this is a professional establishment, it was expensive fix but this is an expensive item and that’s just reality, and there isn’t a lot of options They where good at responding to me “When I reached out to them first” about updates and things that needed to be discussed, I imagined it being a small shop with so much to do (as services are limited to these kinds of problems being solved that I would have to take these steps and not just sit back expecting my problem to be at the top of their list. The controller took less than a month to be back in my possession with things working how they should be. I’m leaving this review because I feel they did a good job and it should be recognized !”

“Despite the many negative reviews this shop has received, I wanted to share my positive experience here. I brought an electronic board from my defective oven (as it’s not manufactured anymore) and had it fixed within 24h, as I was told it would be. So it saved me $2000 in spending! Yes, the owner’s English isn’t the best, yes the shop is messy, but like they say, you can’t judge a book by its cover! The owner also offered me the option to have the board reconstructed if I wanted, but at that point the cost might have been too much compared to buying a new oven. Nonetheless it’s nice to have the option. Thank you Starlight.”
