We saw many negative reviews and did not come across any of those challenges. Valet parking was fast and reliable. Decent breakfast with good views of downtown, had everything that one can ask for in chain hotels. Our 11th floor Room was clean, had an amazing view of downtown and Calgary Tower.

Good cheapish room, plenty of space, 2 double beds nice bathroom. Sink with no plug which was weird. Nice staff, sometimes acting a little non plussed with questions. Breakfast buffet style ok, location a bit out of it, careful of the food heads sitting at the side of the road in camping chairs. Otherwise ok
