The service was pretty good and everyone was nice. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because my package was delayed when it said it arrived at the facility and I had to sit around for 30 minutes before I received my package.

David here is a HUGE beauty. Helped a ton with my complex order of 19 packages and helped walk me through the customs process.
