“I would like to thank the owner Akshay the owner of this store who went above and beyond to help me out yesterday. I have been dealing with a UK passport issue for over 5 weeks and the package I was sending was the light to the end of the tunnel, low and behold it got stuck in customs, I went back to the store and I think Akshay probably sensed my frustration and immediately took over helping with the invoice that was requested and followed up with me till basically the package was released and back in transit. My package got delivered this morning. Thank you so much Akshay for all your help and patience and for going above and beyond!”

Always positive, always patient, and always making sure things get done right. Honestly, the store wouldn’t be the same without him. “There is usually only one person working here, but he is extraordinarily efficient! He is exceptional at handling each customer without making them feel rushed or unimportant. While I was there to get documents printed from an email that I sent to them for my email address, he handled a mailbox renewal, a package being sent off and a package pick-up all at the same time. I have been to other UPS Store locations with multiple staff on hand that were twice as slow as this place. Each person's questions were clearly and fully answered and the line never got very long as a result. It is really quite impressive to see honestly. PRO TIP- If you are going to get documents printed here, use the email address as written on the photo of the yellow sheet in this review.”

“I had an excellent experience working with Poonam Gangahar at Eastern Worldwide Inc. while sending important documents via DHL. From the very beginning, Poonam demonstrated an outstanding level of client care, professionalism, and attention to detail. She took the time to clearly explain every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure everything was handled correctly and efficiently. What truly stood out was the level of comfort and confidence she created — I felt completely supported and reassured throughout the entire process, which can often be stressful when dealing with international document shipments. Her customer-oriented approach, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help make her a true professional at a very high level. I highly recommend Poonam Gangahar and Eastern Worldwide Inc. to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and client-focused service.”
