If you are looking for a place to achieve your goal in either loosing weight, getting into better shape or wanting to improve your overall fitness or well being, Fit Body Boot Camps are where you need to be. The best part is that the classes are only 1/2 an hour long but within this time you are giving it your all and some. It is truly a family atmosphere. The coaches are very supportive and passionate about helping anyone who walks in through the door.Don’t hesitate to check Fit Body out:) you will not regret your decision!

Love Fitbody boot camp; coaches are amazing, a lot of support to persevere, some advice on the best ways of doing workout. It is high energy and collective which increase the motivation! Definitively a place I recommend for high effective workout in a fun environment!

I have only been at West Hills Fitbody Boot Camp for a a short time but the people are so amazingly friendly and the support for my fitness journey is beyond compare! The classes are 35 minutes, super fun and go by very fast. The workouts are as hard as you want to make them and if you put in the effort, you will see results. I have nothing but great things to say about West Hills Fitbody Boot Camp so far, and I look forward to continuing my journey with them in the months to come!

I wish I had known fit body since I came to canada. I LOVE how they value each and every one. Since day ONE i never had that feeling i am being punish that I have to work out. I love each of the coaches, they really motivate you. I am always excited to be in the gym because of the coaches I have met so far. Shout out to Coach Jen, Coach Becky, Coach Monica (i just met her today I hope I got her name right) and of course to coach Ryan. You guys rock! Im so touch with the card you sent me .

As I had hoped, Westhills FBBC is serious about making you feel welcome. The coaches are lovely and encouraging every step of the way. The classes are awesome, and over in 35 minutes! If you like to work hard in a safe environment, this is the place.

I just started my program and I must say it’s been fantastic. The coaches have been amazing and are always available if you have questions or need guidance. The workouts are awesome and everyone is very friendly, no judgement at all. I will update the post once I’m done my challenge regarding my results. I can 100% say, so far so good!

I’m about 2 weeks into a 6 week program and it’s been amazing. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. It’s never been so easy to get out for a workout or make better food choices. I feel great!

I recently joined Westhills Fit Body Boot Camp and the experience so far has been amazing. The Coaches are awesome, super friendly and encouraging. I love that they offer many workout sessions throughout the day so I can easily fit one into my busy schedule. The workouts are challenging but really fun. Love it!
