Fit Body Boot Camp provides high intensity interval training group workouts for women and men of all fitness levels. The goal is fast, long-lasting weight loss results and a healthy lifestyle. Members experience challenging and effective workouts in a supportive, caring, and friendly environment with a great group atmosphere. The world class coaches are supportive, passionate, and helpful, creating positive and challenging sessions that leave you feeling accomplished. They offer motivation and assistance with modifications to prevent injury. The boot camp features signature Afterburn workouts and an easy to follow nutrition program. The varied and interesting classes are only a half hour long but are very effective. The environment is described as having lots of energy and a terrific family atmosphere, with insightful daily motivational texts. It is a place to achieve goals for weight loss, better shape, and improved overall fitness and well-being.
Love the Bootcamp classes! Coach Ryan and the team are amazing. Super supportive during the workouts, and great energy! Also, loovvveeee their playlists!! If you’re looking for a gym, can’t recommend these guys enough!! Workouts are 30-35 minutes long, and get you working hard!
